• Production Time: 3-5 business days. The SNK is customized only for you so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
• Shipping Time: 7-15 business days.

• Size: US 5-15 (EU 35-48). Please check the sizing chart and measuring instruction carefully before placing order as we CAN NOT offer return or refund if you choose a wrong size.

Any modifications must be done within 24 hours after placing order. All orders will be produced after 24 hours so once exceed 24 hours, you CAN NOT cancel/change the order. Please understand for us.

HOW TO FIND YOUR SIZE

• Prepare a pen, a ruler/tape measurer, and a white paper.
• Use a ruler or tape measurer to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe).
• Choose a size from the sizing chart above.
• Find the closest measurement, in Heel to Toe (cm), that is equal to or greater than the length of your foot. For example, a man whose foot measures 27 cm will fit size US 8 (EU 41).

MEASURING TIPS  

• To ensure an accurate reading when measuring, flatten your foot by shifting your weight forward.
• If your measurement is between two sizes, always move up to the larger size.
• Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
• Fit yourself at a similar time as when you will be wearing the footwear. For daily footwear, fit yourself when you’ve been on your feet all day because your feet have expanded.
• If you have a wide foot, please move up 1 size larger for better fit.

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
• Canvas/ Poster/ Metal Sign: These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.

Estimate Time Of Arrival 

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

Production time

The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.

Shipping time

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

Please note:

When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

• Items purchased from Barigifts are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.

• We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  - The product is flawed. 

  - The print quality is poor.

  - The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

• WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE CLAIMING?  To file a claim, please send us an email to support@barigifts.com and include the following information (this is a must):
  • Order number
  • The photos of the defective product
  • If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
  • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label.
  • Our support team will review the photos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
• NOTE: We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer's mistakes such as:
  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided upon ordering.
  • Review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.
  • Please allow the 10% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
